How does pricing work?

Pricing is handled manually by our team. Submit a request, and we will get back to you within 1–2 business days to confirm pricing and arrange payment before your portal is set up. No online checkout or credit card required.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Contact us and we will adjust your plan and billing accordingly.

What happens when I hit the member limit?

We will notify you when you are approaching your plan limit. You can request an upgrade at any time. Existing members are never locked out.

Is our data really private?

Yes. Each community gets its own isolated portal. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Only approved members can see the directory, and every admin action is logged in a tamper-evident audit trail.

Do members need to pay individually?

No. The subscription covers the entire community. Individual members join for free — they just need the family code and admin approval.

Can we import our existing member list?

Yes. All plans include bulk CSV import. You can upload your existing spreadsheet and we will create accounts for every member automatically.
